Refund policy

Returns Policy
We only accept returns for items that are faulty or damaged. If you believe you have received a defective item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at volair@mail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the shipping address. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on items that are not faulty, including sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If your item is faulty, please follow the return process above. A replacement will be issued where applicable.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you still have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be returned in its original condition—unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
